We love the comfort of the rooms and the facility.

My husband and I are black from the South haven't never been to Eugene. We were taught... that it only takes a second to greet someone. In the hallways other guest responded appropriately., however the staff hardly never responded even after we greeted them twice. I am a business owner and customer service is #1. Maybe the staff can work on this. We are planning on re visiting this facility in June.

Great location and clean

We were not welcomed when checking in. The woman who was checking us in said that she couldn't find our reservation. She turned her nose when my wife offered to show her our reservation. After a while she finally looked..

The location is in a decent place.

The cleanliness was horrible. There was garbage under beds dirty diapers and toys. There is black mold on cealing above hot tub. It was not worth the $140.00 that I paid. Very let down.
