"Great stay and location to visit Philly with family."

Location was superb! The view of Penn's landing was wonderful, my father was memorized by it at night. The elevators were smooth and fast.

The pool was dirty and the service in the restaurant was really slow for a Thursday night.

Location is great.

Rooms could use an update, also breakfast. On my last stay i felt the front desk reception was very rude when i asked for an amazon package recieved during the day.

They do not answer the phone I tried for hours to get thru due to incorrect bill and continual busy signal. Even the customer service hotline person could not get through!
