"A beautiful hotel with missing services."

The location was perfect for us. The food at the restaurant was good with nice size portions.

The room was not made up. Apparently the staff did not know we were visitors. The room did not have hand towels and we did not get replacement towels daily.

Las vistas y la excelente localización. La piscina interior es muy agradable para disfrutar de un momento de descanso o bien para que los pequeños disfruten y se relajen. Las vistas al rio en los pisos altos son impresionantes. La visita al submarino es un plus.

"For a short stay It was fine. Over priced though."

The bathroom in the room wasn’t clean. They couldn’t move us to another room because they were over booked. They had two weddings going on there and was super loud. Even checking in at 11pm it was ridiculously loud in the front part of the hotel. They said they would make it right with me but I have seen no compensation for it.

Amazing location and super friendly staff! Breakfast was really good. Truthfully, it was nice to stay somewhere with people working there who were courteous and kind and seemed happy to be working there.
