"It was a good stay."

The pool and hot tub were located inside the main building. Breakfast was good. It was very clean.

We really appreciated that breakfast was included. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of the aquarium and just a few minutes’ drive from the beach. One moment that truly stood out was when a staff member noticed that our daughter had just turned two (we had a big birthday balloon with us). He invited her to pick any gift she liked, and of course my mom’s heart melted — it was such a sweet gesture.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good and it was a good location.

Ended up having to move rooms to a much smaller room and wasnt offered any incentive to make up for the inconvenience. Plus few other issues like hair in the tub, garbage under the bed and a pee sain next to the fireplace that my service dog kept sniffing. Etc. Definitely not the best experience. Plus our neighbors were loud at all hours of the day and night. Not sure if they were below us or next to us but they were loud the entire 4 days that we were there.

My granddaughter & I had a great stay. It was close to the Newport aquarium which was our destination! It was clean, quiet and very nice! The staff is excellent!

Absolutely nothing to dislike!
