Such a nice experience checking in. We were going to be late and called. They said no problem. When we arrived the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful with where we should park. Slept through breakfast, but no biggie to us. Definitely recommend!!!!

They gave away our room to someone else while we were away on the second day. We came back at 10pm and somebody else was sleeping in our hotel room.

"Very Bad "

We to bed 1st night. No HEAT. Feel should be reimbursed the $160.00 for that night. I had to tell them i was staying another night. They didn't offer another room. I had to tell them i wasn't staying in room with no heat. Finally 3rd room had heat. Very disappointed. I feel whole visit should be reimbursed.

Convenient to get to, right off I-70. Staff was very friendly and very efficient even with full facility. Rooms were very clean and good locks on doors.

Office chair in room was in terrible condition. Covering was all peeling off and was dirty. Certainly did not want to sit on it. No hair dryer in room.Called down to office and they did bring one into the room.No lotion in the room.
