"Came to Dallas for major back surgery and this hotel was right down the street from the hospital and was perfect"

The property was clean and had been renovated somewhat recently, so everything was very nice. My girlfriend liked the fact that there was a bath as well as a shower.

"Give it some time until they remodel. Avoid now"

This place is a mess. Noise all day, starting at 7am on Saturday. Remodeling everywhere. They are stripping or sanding something above us. Walls are vibrating. Hotel is nightmare. Breakfast is less than average. Staff is nice. That's the only bright spot. They should not be working on the weekends, remodeling.
