"Super Gemütlich & erholsam"

Habe die Suits für eine Nacht, zwei Tage gebucht um nach zwei Wochen Rundreise im Dachzelt noch ein wenig auszuspannen. Earlie check-in und late check-out (gegen eine Gebühr) hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Zimmer direkt beim Pool war sehr gross, super ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr höfflich und zuvorkommend und haben den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Gleich neben den Suits hat es drei Restaurant welche sehr zu empfehlen sind. Ein Supermarkt ist in Gehdistanz (ca.10min).

Alles war super.

Booked 5 rooms a month ago, on arrival at the premises only 4 rooms were available. We arrived at 18h00, there was only security personnel to hand out the keys and no reception. I had to wait an hour for someone of reception to come and sort out the situation. After 7 hours of driving and with overseas clients with me this is completely unacceptable for an establishment like Windhoek Luxury Suites. The next day there was a lot of blame shifting between the staff of who was at fault. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened to me at the same establishment.

"A nice pleasant stay"

A very nice location, safe and extremely quiet place.

There is no staff after 6-7pm to help if you need any help.
