Hotel Lucerna Culiacan

Great location, modern and clean room.

It leaked a little water through one sprinkler in the room

This was very relaxed stay there are a lot of restaurants options walking around the area outside was very clean parking very safe staff very friendly people

Realize mi check in a las 4 pm, regrese al hotel y me comentaron que no me podia estacionar porque mañana tenian un evento en la Mañana y que eran instrucciones, me querian mandar a estacionar a un sotano que queda relativamente retirado, se me hizo un abuso. Si yo viera que el hotel esta lleno y no hay estacionamiento estoy de acuerdo, pero pusieron cintas amarillas en todo el perimetro para no poder uno estacionarse. No regreso a Ningun Hotel Lucerna,

Very nice hotels, rooms are clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great location nice Hotel, problem was my friend did the check in and she paid for a day when I arrived I paid for the entire stay but they never refunded her back, I also ordered some aguachiles while by the pool and were not the best considering that the seafood is great in Culiacan.

Hotel had new renovations very nice and clean
