Das Frühstück war wie bei Ibus gewohnt sehr gut! Die Fahrräder konnten wir sich abstellen. Die Rezeption war sehr nett!

Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig ( Teppich eklig. Sockelleisten teilweise zerbrochen). Der Kellner beim Frühstück hat beim Neu-Auflegen von Tellern u Besteck die Sachen mit lautem Krachen auf den Tischen verteilt...es störte ihn nicht, dass man nebenan am frühstücken war. Das gehört sich nicht!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stopped in for 326.00 Euros for 2 nights. Not central and in a poor part of town. We felt very vulnerable trying to find somewhere to eat. The area is very rough and not nice at all. When we walked in the room it looked like it had been burgled and there was only one bath towel for both of us. The parking was full, so had to park down a side street. I would have thought they would have coffee/kettle and a safe in the room for the price they changed but nothing, not even a sofa to sit on. It cost 9 euros for a pint of larger. I would not stop at this hotel again. Needed to leave the hotel at 4.30am in the morning and couldn't get out the doors and had to walk round the hotel to try and find someone.

Main part of the hotel was clean and smart. Restaurant was nice, the breakfast was very good and lots of it. Rooms had air con, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Easy access to supermarkets.

The carpet in the room was really stained. The bathroom was a bit horrid. The shower/sink leaked so the floor always had a puddle. The toilet really smelt. The whole room was very tired looking decor wise. Location was ok but not if you’re looking for nice places to eat within walking distance. It is in a pretty run down area.

Hotel is gelegen in het centrum van Tours, maar goed bereikbaar. Het hotel heeft voldoende eigen parkeerplaatsen wat bijzonder fijn is. De bar is prettig. Het ontbijt heel goed en het hotel heeft een restaurant (wel reserveren bij de balie). Kwaliteit van het eten is minder dan verwacht, het personeel in het hotel ,bar en restaurant is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
