Econo Lodge Reading Airport

It was just ok. Nothing special. When we arrived there was a sign "be back in 10 minutes, or call a phone #. We needed a restroom, so left to find one, only to get all turned arround. Came back, still noone at the desk called the # 5 times, finally he showed up. First room had the sink sitting on the floor, room was under construction. Next room was ok. We stayed.

Did the job but could be updated

The room smelled strongly of smoke and the smoke detector had been removed

I never felt so embarrassed. First and foremost I woke up sick today throwing up and stuffy nose. I booked this hotel through travelocity and needed another night. So I asked for another night and they said they would contact the front office and the front office would emails me. So as I'm waiting for the email housekeeping comes and says oh I'll let them know you are staying another night and I said I did that through the agency and they said they would email me. He said okay, not even 5 minutes later the guy from the front office calls me and the guy is yelling at me like im a child. He says "YOU LEAVE OR YOU PAY!" "IT'S AFTER 11 OCLOCK!" I said I know the agency said they would contact you. Again he said you leave or you pay! I said okay you have my credit card information on file? I HAVENT EVEN STAYED HERE ONE WHOLE DAY!! I GOT HERE AT 10PM LAST EVENING so I haven't even been here 24 hours. The toilet is broken, the dresser under the TV is broken, the air conditioner/heater doesn't work. Now the guy is harassing me when I haven't even been here 24 hours he's harassing me for more money!!! I am calling a lawyer ASAP

From thw min we got there, nobody at front desk, mattresses and dresses thrown out back, place smelled, it was dirty. We didnt get the size bed we paid for and there was a twin bed head board bolted to the wall right aside of us with no bed there. There was no hot water and alot of criminal activity. I used my expedia credit and wish i didnt. Lady seemed not to care at check out either and did nothing for us. 1 towel to share between my wife and I if you call it a towel. It was half the size of a towel. This was the worst experience ever and I travel alot. If they stay as a part of expedia, u guys are just as guilty.

When you walk in the room. It smells so bad like old cigarettes. The water didn’t go down in the tube when taking a shower. When o walked to the hotel door two ppl were standing f at the door smoking . One looked at me and shocked his head .. they looked like they live there. I would stay here again. The only reason I booked was this hotel Was because my friend flew in for one night . Never again

Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. Hallway door was shattered coming in. Sheets had hair and stains all over them, like they hadn’t been washed or changed from the previous guest. Bathroom toilet and sink were filthy, everything had a stain on it. I’ve never left a room so quickly to go some place else. Do not stay here!

The room was dirty and had no heat
