The place is a dump

It was a personal need to be alone trip. The hotel is nice, quiet. No one bothered me, when I did have to interact with front desk, they were very professional. They were kind people.

There were burn holes in the duvet covers and curtains, the lampshade was melted and broken, and the ac/heating unit was hanging off the wall we could see outside from the top and side of the unit. The water pressure in the showera was none existence and water temperature was not consistent it would get warm and then cool down considerably and then heat up a little bit again for a short period of time but never got hot. When staff was making coffee in the morning the water the poured into the coffee maker looked like it was either watered down coffee or rusty water.

No hot water, all drains almost completely clogged, and cigarette burn holes in the blankets.

The entire place had a bad smell, the carpets were dirty. There was a back door that was always open in the day and closed at night. There was a cop late at night hidden in the parking and approached me to ask me where i was coming fro. As if i was a criminal. I didnt feel safe there

No elevator. Breafast was limited, did not have milk a juice available all the time, it was limited. Cream cheese, but no bagels. Cookies and cupcakes offered for breakfast. Toiletries were limited, had a half bottle of shampoo. Some staff was helpful, some were not.

It was not the cleanest place it was dark the sheets were dirty and the rug

Nastiest hotel I ever saw. Staff was quite aware of the horrible conditions and suggested we just check out because none of the other rooms were any better.

The MOST disgusting hotel I've ever been in. Looks like it hasn't been maintained or cleaned in decades. Filthy room, zero amenities, no soap, half roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door didn't close. Security lock on door broken. Questionable "deliveries" being made to long term guests. The absolute minimal breakfast provided and items were not fresh. WiFi wouldn't connect. No handicap access to any rooms. Gratefully surprised not to find any bugs so we literally slept and left. Could not wait to go home and wash! Shouldn't even list this place on your site!
