Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach near Outlets

Staff was very helpful and great hospitality.

Awful smell. Smelled like dirty mop water and my room had a foul smell even after using Lysol spray. Smell intensified after cleaning the next morning.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly.

This hotel was rode hard and put away wet. From the pictures you would think it’s going to be a nice place but when you get there it’s like they just put perfume on the pig. Furniture is old and they put an either cover on it, or damaged from years of wear. Our room was surface level clean but it smelled like cat urine and the floors were streaky. A magic eraser could be used on the walls all around. I hate to be a downer but there was MUCH to be desired from this “quality” inn.

The space in the room was quality

The website asked if we wanted smoking or non-smoking we requested smoking and then get to the hotel and there is no smoking in the hotel. That is something that needs to be adjusted

I was close to the outlets

What I didn’t like about it, it had a bad smell through out, from when u walk in, & also the rooms. me & my friend also found bed buds we knew something was off especially off the smell don’t get me wrong the room is nice it self but the air conditioner smell like it’s blowing out mold it was really just a 0/10 experience & they also allow dogs to stay & that’s a BIG ICK!

Noisy at night. Old bathroom, crumby breakfast, terrible mattress and pillows.
