Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach near Outlets

The property did not reflect the pictures online for booking. The ceiling was coming off, there were spots broken off. The elevator did not have the certificate and had a white paper written on it to ask for it in the front desk. The facility was outdated. The room key did not even work and we couldn't even get to inside our room. Cleanliness was lacking. The listing definitely did not project the actual state of the facility. Had to check out with 5 minutes of arriving.

Smelled like mold. Rooms could use updating and deep cleaning

The highway was in close proximity to my departure point.

The first complaint concerns the loud sexual activity emanating from the adjacent unit because I had two young teenagers with me. The second complaint It was an individual engaged in back-and-forth motion in the hallways then one individual; he had the nerve to address me; asked me do I need something or anything? I felt unsafe at that time. So I refused to go back downstairs to get my baggage out my truck. Additionally, I have encountered some roaches on three separate occasions. Consequently, I have to ceased using the bathroom. It is not my intention to embark on a vacation with the expectation of performing extermination duties.
