I have traveled all over the world, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The floors were filthy, there were large water stains on the ceiling along with patches of plack mold, there were ripples down the walls from water damage, there was a large crack/hole on the inside of the bathtub covered with clear tape. Additionally, I killed several roaches in the room. There was a large group of shady looking men hanging out on the corner of the parking lot drinking beer and another group that hung out in the gazebo all day. I think there are people living there it maybe a welfare hotel. The towels had yellow stains on them and the bed spread was stained yellow. The only reason I stayed is all other hotels were sold out because it was USC family weekend. When I complained the manager told me if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to stay. I travel with a service dog at first I was told I couldnt stay. I then informed them it was against the law to turn me away because I have a service dog.

The hotel is not clean, there’s a lot of rug rag that hangs outside and every time you walk outside or get out of your vehicle all you can smell is pot. The area is not great around it, homeless people in the area. Bathroom floor has hair all over it and the bathtub as well. If they’d clean and paint and get rid of the pot smoking people then it would be much better. Staff were all friendly; otherwise I would’ve given it the lowest scores across the board.
