The location and the staff were great. It was very clean and comfortable

Very disappointing stay. When booking through Booking, I had already entered my information. Then I received an early check-in request where I was asked to submit all of my details again, supposedly to make check-in faster. After that, at the hotel, I was asked yet again for all of my personal information and, for the third time, my credit card details. It felt unnecessary and poorly organized rather than efficient. The hotel itself was dirty (Look, a photo of the chair in my hotel room). The Wi-Fi did not exist, the breakfast was almost nonexistent, and the only real option was to make yourself a waffle. The coffee was like gray water. There was no hot water in the shower, and the window in my first-floor room did not close properly — it had actually been left open when I arrived. There is absolutely nothing here that justifies paying $140 per night for one person. In my opinion, this hotel feels more like a $30-per-night place. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not a place I would choose again.
