Breakfast was pretty lame. Shower was luke warm, and eventually got cold!

The hotel does not have the capacity to make enough hot water and my wife and I both had to take cold showers in the morning. COLD

The staff was friendly and helpful. Asked if we had breakfast. Said no, that we were in a hurry. She told us we should grab some muffins to go and we did.

Ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work. Soda machine was also out of order.

The breakfast was great. The location was right off the interstate.

There were no automatic front door openings which is inconvenient when handling luggage. The curb near the handicapped parking spot was not sloped; I had to walk to the opposite side of the entrance to bring my luggage in. There was no microwave in the room to heat up food.

Ariel was extremely helpful,pleasant,and informative.I had concerns and questions;she eased my mind by providing the necessary information

Ensure that when a guess books through Expedia that it is acknowledged. I had a very rude call on the morning that I needed to vacate.Very rude and when she saw her mistake,didn't apologize but sad I was at fault for not notifying her.Very rude,again this morning 06/04.

Very noisy, poor pillows

proximity to Chapel Hill; easy check-in/check-out

heat/AC unit was very noisy each time it powered on. There was a small charge on my bill for a 2nd person in my room, but there was no 2nd person; I was solo for a business trip.
