Wyndham Garden Midland

I liked the room itself,

the shower had very little water pressure the whirlpool (advertised as a Jacuzzi/hot tub) ran out of Hot water... The key turned off halfway through my stay leaving me wet and cold for almost half an hour.....

I liked the location of the hotel.

Breakfast was fair could have been better, it was really cold.

A little dated and a little worn, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet for a nice one night stay.

The night staff sucked. The man there at knight refused to make any coffee and did not have your 24 hour coffee service only because he was lazy and refused to do anything. Either needs to be retrained or find another job in the hotel. I had to get dressed and 18° weather and go to a local store to get coffee hot coffee at 4:30 in the morning because he refused to do his job. Unacceptable. The staff when we checked in was outstanding don’t know what this guy’s problem was but you need to investigate this.

Room conditions are very worn out. Was not at the level of even a motel six as far as the condition of the room. Yes it had to sit in couch. The bed was semi comfortable, but the condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable

My experience at Wyndham Garden Midland was very disappointing. I personally witnessed the manager named Brenda treating staff members very poorly, which created an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment. The lady at the breakfast area was kind, however we were required to provide our room number and name just to receive a plate, even though breakfast is advertised as free. There was also very little variety in the breakfast, which made the level of control feel excessive for what was offered. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not stay here again.

Hotel was convenient and very affordable. Loved our stay .will stay again

Pillows were just awful...lumpy and small
