Nice clean affordable easy to get to

The room had a slight odor bu t over all great

We didn't stay the room wasn't accessable as booked.

Wei reserved an accessible room due to a wheel chair. The room had a bathtub with a bar across the back wall of the tub.. I inquired about the accessability the clerk said it says it's accessible. I called booking and it was like oh well. 4 days and I wasn't expected to bathe?? Booking said they canceled it and after talking to booking the clerk to us to leave the keys on the counter. So we went next door where there was an accessable shower. The cancellation polocy. said day of cancellation penalty is one night stay, $67.00 however they kept the entire $250.00 and said it's too bad. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 weeks to no avail. If you book an accessible roo. My advice is check it before you check in. I will NEVER use BOOKING.COM again. They will screw you in a minute. The manage at the second hotel said always book through the hotel you may not get the little discount butand you are dealing with a person and not a third party!

The workers were so friendly and helpful.

The carpets throughout the property, they are aged and felt dirty

It was close to everything.

The building was not clean. Our room was not cleaned once in the 4 days we were there. When we checked in we had to wait because the counter employee was standing outside the door smoking. We got two towels for 4 people when we checked in and had to go ask for more towels. We also had to go ask for toilet paper when we arrived because there was none in the room. Half of the lights didn’t work in our room.
