The staff is amazingly kind. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Awesome mirrors and sinks. Great new carpet. Always my choice for stays in Freeport,Illinois!!

"Extraordinary room. Fantastic price."

This was a very nice room. Roomy with a 2 seat couch with a coffee table plus 2 other tables. There was a bar dividing the room so it seemed like a living room and a bedroom. The bar had a small sink and a microwave. The sink in the bathroom was sparkling and spacious. I found the afternoon staff and the morning staff to both be friendly. One of the nicer places we have stayed and I got a great price.

"Poor night desk services and poor cleanliness"

The night attendant which name begins with a D( Caucasian Lady) is rude. Pay close attention to your room look for any roaches/bugs. Don't set your mouth on breakfast from this astablishment there won't be any offered. You will have to go out for breakfast.

"No issues, staff and room were very good."

I didn't eat a full breakfast. But a couple of my associates seemed to enjoy the waffle maker and the assortment of breakfast pastries. Plus the coffee and juices. It was nice dining area. No complaints from any of my group.

Having the pool available would've been a bonus.

Suite room was very nice a little dated but otherwise it was satisfactory. The only complaint is The shower head was quite short. And shower curtain did not stay in place. I am about 5'7 and I had to duck under the shower head to shower.
