It’s getting tired. Carpet needs to be replaced

It was in a great locations and very comfortable beds and excellent customer service

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional and also helpful. Being close to the tram was good. Being just outside the city away from the crowds. Breakfast included even though it was the same thing everyday without any variation.

The property is very outdated and needs a complete renovation. The carpet in the hallways are lifting and uneven to walk on. Our bath must have had a hole in it previously which was roughly patched with a square piece of fibreglass. The towel rail was also bent like a banana. On arrival the shower head was left hanging in the bath. The room had a musty smell to it and the air con did not heat the room that well. The carpark up the ramp is not secure as the gate did not work.

The bed was comfortable

Lights didnt work properly. Only 2 tv stations. Very average amenities. No one able to fix tv despite a request.
