We had many issues with the Hotel. First day, toilet not working correctly, there was ashared door on the room. Other guest being loud asked to be moved to a new room, per guest service person, we had to wait until next day because we had enter the room or she would get in trouble (we were only in the room for 5 minutes). Next day we were able to move to a new room(shower head was so loud it sounded like a crazy lady screaming)in the middle of my shower the water cutoff, called reception and they said they were maintenance that week to start from midnight to 4am( it was 10:45pm)even though none was notified of this “maintenance “they apologized and I was upset but ok with it. Next day I get to my room before 11pm to find out we had no water again, my family and I couldn’t shower. At this point I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager all she could say was they were sorry, no other solution or credit provided even though we had issued for 3 nights. Emailed regional manager and all he can offer was $20 off our next stay. I would never stay at this location again
