Ottima l'esperienza. L'appartamento era pulito, confortevole e ben attrezzato. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile. Il tè e caffè non disponibili in stanza, ma nelle macchinette nella zona comune.

Location meravigliosa ad un passo dal Cavallino Matto. Incantevole l'appartamento tutto curato e pulito, massima disponibilità da parte dello staff. Speriamo di tornare presto.

It is a very quiet place where you can take a nice rest. The place is very clean and the staff is great.

Leuke appartement op de begane grond, dat is echt een must want dan heb je terrasje. Boven zit je opgesloten en moet je het met algemene kantine doen. Ontvangst super vriendelijk!

Bedden erg hard en tuinman is elke dag bezig met machines die lawaai maken of stof geven. Echt een minpunt! Ook moet je een badmuts op in het zwembad

The property is in a great location. In the town of Marina di Castagneto and very close to Donoratico and Bolgheri. The apartment is gorgeous. Everything is new. The owner Olga welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which it was really appreciated it, even if my husband doesn’t drink. The place is in a quiet location, but because the apartments/houses are attached to each other, if you get a very noisy neighbor with kids (like we did) then you can hear everything, but other than that everything was perfect.

I think the check in should be done earlier, not at 4 pm. I understand there are lots of guests all the time and it takes time to clean the place, but we felt like we were rushing a little bit when the owner said we really needed to leave exactly at 10 am, because they had other guests coming. Or that we couldn’t be accommodated before 3:30pm because they needed to clean (even though they said they would have tried to). The place could be compared to a 4-5 stars Hotel, so I feel they should be more flexible on that. Especially to make the guests experience 100% perfect Also, we brought with us a Moka to make coffee, but we couldn’t figure out how the stove was working (we had to check YouTube), in the end we didn’t make any coffee on our own, but we had to buy some coffee capsules from the Hotel; which is what we were originally told. Maybe they could have left for the guests some sugar too, but we checked and there wasn’t any. This is just the little downside, all solvable, and nothing major. I will definitely recommend this place to my clients if they are looking for something typically from Tuscany. Olga was really nice overall and also the concierge lady at the entrance.
