Uns hat es hier super gefallen . Das Personal war super freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker . Die Betten war sehr bequem und das Zimmer super sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Booked this hotel last minute for a city break in Hamburg. The hotel was easy to reach using the S & U bahn trains and then walking around 10 minutes. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel has an on kiosk shop so if you need to get a drink or snack if arriving late there are a few options there. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. My only complaint is the lamps attached to the headboard could be situated better as it is very easy to bang you head etc on them. The hotel breakfast was good and there was a nice variety of hot & cold items such as various breads, meats, cheeses, wurst, eggs, fruit etc. We used the U Bahn mostly to get around Hamburg which was easy and convenient from the hotel. Some of the places we visited were the St. Nikolai memorial, Rathaus, Park Fiction, Reeperbahn and Miniatur Wunderland. We ate at Dulf's burgers which was delicious but service was a little slow here, Erika's Eck does delicious schnitzels & über Quell for pizza and beer. I would use this hotel as a base again in the future.
