Breakfast was ok, a little sparse in a temporary room. Major renovation occurring.

Traffic noise was extreme, our room was on the freeway side and the jake brakes from the trucks was constant.

"Warning-under renovation"

Currently being remodeled and no notice about that when booking. Nowhere to sit in lobby while waiting for the very slow check in process. Room was last remodeled in 1994 with very dark red everything and brown stained carpet. Outlets weren’t working, one of the pictures was missing out of the frame and replaced with a piece of cardboard. The bathroom was so dim you couldn’t see anything in there. Meant to be mood lighting perhaps? It was terrible. Refrigerator made a loud clunking noise all night long. 7am fire alarm was an unwelcome wakeup call. Breakfast served in the fitness room and it was by far the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. How do you have scrambled eggs both swimming in a pool of mystery liquid but also burned at the same time? No juice only water and coffee. The bed and pillows were comfortable, although the bedskirt was stained and very gross looking. The mattress did not fit on the boxspring. Heat worked, hot water worked, shower water pressure was good.
