Holiday Inn Express Camden Hotel

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was extremely clean, Water pressure was good. Beds were excellent. Easy in and out of the property. Breakfast was better than expected. No real negatives

Very comfortable and very clean! Yummy nutritious breakfast which included eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and a variety of yogurts and cereal! A Keurig coffee maker with several pods, a clean spacious mini refrigerator, and very comfortable mattress & pillows helped to make my stay cozy! The staff was polite and friendly, too.

Had a wonderful recent stay. Hotel is very clean and it is evident that the staff takes pride in detail and providing top notch customer service. I was greeted a number of times and asked if they could be of service several times during my stay. The king size room was extremely spacious and was stocked with several flavors of coffee service with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner pumps of high quality in the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable with 6 down pillows. Breakfast was good with 3 different omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, cereals, cinnamon rolls, a self serve pancake machine, grits and oatmeal, juices and fruits. Nice fitness facility and a great place to stay. Pool is outdoors so it is not available during the winter months. Definitely look forward to staying again!

Tough location and generally not a cleanest property. Sticky and moist carpeting in my room.

The pool was clean and water temp perfect, seating area was very nice also. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a nice variety. Staff was very friendly and check in/out was easy and quick. Beds were just ok.. Bathroom was a little dirty and my non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in. Area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy but never felt unsafe on the hotel's property, which was important as it was just myself with my 2 year old daughter. Overall though, the good outweighed the bad and I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel and our room was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their pool is clean and they offer nice lounge chairs. In addition, they have a grill on site that guests are welcome to use.

The reason for staying at this hotel is that I can swim in their pool. The pool area is nice. The only negative about this hotel is that some of their employees are not vaccinated against COVID and they don’t wear masks. They are not pet friendly.

Hotel was great!! Inability to reachhotels.com was not. We needed to change at last minute due to unforeseen circumstances And it was impossible to reach hotels.com via telephone and also by email or online. This is not acceptable and I will not book again through hotels.com. The hotel was more than cooperative and this is no way reflective on them.
