Not horrible but not great either. The location is great. I appreciate the early check in and free parking. The views of Corpus Christi Bay and the USS Lexington from our window were nice. The front desk staff were nice. We did not have any issues with the parking like other people did. However, the quality of food in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were frightening. No sneeze guards on the breakfast buffet. Children with their hands in the buffet food. And let's simply say a few patrons who lacked manners. We found good alternatives on our own. Thank goodness for DoorDash on Sunday night and the little coffee shop on our last day. We also noticed a few people from a neighboring complex using the hotel facilities. Some of the people were downright rude. Seeing the onslaught of people coming in and out made me feel like I was a cast member in "Summer Rental" from the 1980s. It made it difficult for us to use the pool. We tried the beach but frankly, it was ugly from recent storms. So we spent a lot of time sitting on our balcony rather than enjoying the pool. We spoke up but I am not sure anyone really listened. I probably would stay at another hotel next time. Not really worth $588 for two nights. I will go elsewhere next time.

Located close to sites - walking distance to USS Lexington aircraft carrier museum and Texas State Aquarium. Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing!

Cleanliness. There was hair left in the shower tiles from previous guests and all toiletries bottles were left empty. Once I asked for restock, they were delivered to the room but not installed. We paid extra $$ for an ocean view room but it was only partial as a long wall extended out from our balcony , taking the 180 degree ocean view to 90. While breakfast was good and very convenient, the restaurant otherwise was bad.

The area is a little rough, homeless people sleeping many run down buildings and restraunts. This Hilton is the only nice thing around.

Got dinner and bar staff kept reminding us the wait was going to be an hour and a half. And then we were told to go eat across the street; We decided to stay and eat there. We didn't get our waters for over 30 minutes. Got the appetizers without the sauces I asked for, the time our food came around, the food was completely over seasoned. I didn't get to enjoy my food at all. Horrible service and horrible food. This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was the most awful experience ever. We're never coming back here again. The light went out in the bathroom and not to mention the floors were dirty, you have to pay for your own parking and breakfast if you wanna enjoy in the morning.
