Nice place for traveling. Check in and out fast

I did like being close to a place to eat, and the person who checked me in was very friendly, but it was lacking some basic amenities like a closet and hairdryer. 😞. TV was nice, and appreciate having a fridge and microwave. Just not the place for me in the future.

Dirty gang signs etched in doors. Motel style in an apparently shady area and the windows don’t lock.

The place was dirty had hair in shower and sink fridge was more like freezer even at the lowest, there was a used wash cloth in the shower from last person, also the lock on the door wasn't very secure.

When I first placed this reservation for two rooms and seven nights, I was so hopeful. Several days in advance, your team eagerly showed me room options. On the day of check-in, I stopped for a few minutes to walk through both rooms. Again, your team was gracious. However, when one of the two married couples pulled back their bed sheets, a dog had slept in the bed and the bed sheets had NOT been changed. This was unacceptable and disappointing for me as their host in our home every day for every meal. My wife and I have traveled the world, stayed in the best as well as the most modest hotels globally. We have never encountered such a situation anywhere. We will not utilize or recommend your hotel again. Owners and managers, please share this response with your entire team to insure that this will never happen again. Also, I wil appreciate your manager calling me to explain and apologize for inexcusable housekeeping and supervisory accountability. Thank you.
