Rosebay Hotel

Location is fantastic, just by the beach. Kamari is lovely as a whole, and the hotel is perfectly located. Lovely breakfast, with plenty of options. We had two rooms and two bathrooms in one double-storey room. Each space a bit small but perfect if you plan to be out all day - having two bathrooms was really useful. Nice sit-out area. Peaceful and calm.

The location was ideal since the beach is a few feet away. The hotel is also a short drive away from the airport, which is so convenient. The breakfast was great. Each morning there were great options for breakfast. The staff was also great. I can't say enough great things about the cashier at the front desk, Christina. Christina provides exceptional customer service from the moment a guest arrives until they check out. Christina was extremely helpful and friendly. She had great recommendations for activities on the island. I had to find a meeting point for this tour I was going on and she made sure to give me directions on how to get there. She also offered to arrange for a taxi to come and drive me to the airport and allowed me to stay in reception and wait as long as I wanted until it was closer to the flight departure time, which was three hours after check out time. Overall, I'd say that Christina and the rest of the staff provide the kind of customer service that is sometimes lacking in other hotels.

Nothing comes to mind. There really was nothing that I did not like about my stay there. The facility easily exceeded my expectations in every regard.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean, staff really nice. We enjoyed drinks at the pool bar as well as lunch and breakfast. Can’t wait to go back

The location is really the best on the island. It was the right decision to stay in the hotel and travel to all other famous places on Santorini. The staff is really helpful, wi-fi works fine, the breakfast is excellent! Highly recommended!!!

The staff is very professional and kind. We were on half-board, the dinner was really generous with traditional Greek dishes. The pool area is beautiful. The waiter is one of the most friendly waiter we have ever met.
