Lovely place as suited to Taj.. Great hospitality... Lovely check in thanks to Mr. Aninda Roy and Jayanti Mam... And a special mention for chef chitresh for the delicious food... Manish .. Anish .. Hriday for the service... I want to mention the other chef too whose name I sis not ask but he too was extremely polite and again delicious food... The farewell ceremony was a bonus

Excellent experience at a beautiful property. Even though we were here in the off season, the staff was impeccable! The reception team and the food and beverages team and the entire staff ensured a seamless stay. Special mention. To Shreya and Aditya who facilitated our checkin and experience at every step. Manish and Shyam from the F&B team also made sure all our requests were accommodated. Madhav’s from room service was also very helpful at every step. The rooms are beautiful - we stayed at the historical suite and it is everything Luxury. Also special thanks to the duty manager for helping me with my short video shoots!

The reception team provided impeccable assistance, including a helpful itinerary for exploring Jaisalmer and a beautifully prepared room. Kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The bar staff, including hridey and colleagues, were friendly and attentive. Shyam was also very approachable and nice. Honestly, it was the best decision ever. The vibe of the bar was amazing, but the drinks completely stole the show. They were so unique, fresh, and absolutely delicious!Huge shout-out to Mr. Hriday, who was behind the bar making all the drinks. The guy is an absolute wizard with his mixes! He wasn't just making great drinks; his super warm personality and great energy made the whole evening so much fun. This was my second time visiting the property, and honestly, experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. They not only confirmed our urgent requirement, they were also sensitive to our move in the area which was regularly followed up. Visited Taj Gorbandh Palace with family and honestly had a great time. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Service was quick and staff members were always smiling and ready to help. It was a wonderful experience staying in the Taj Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer recently. Built in a prime location, this was a closest property near to the City. The property is a masterpiece of golden sandstone architecture and appears as a Palace. Rooms, dinning area, swimming pool, entrance and other surroundings are magnificent and extremely comfortable, neat and cleaned, blend with modern amenities. There is zero noise level and beautifully maintained in a calm and peaceful environment. The services offered from Front desks catering all my smaller requirements including pickup and drops, Food services for preparing fresh and tasty cuisine with great hospitality, Housekeeping for maintaining room in immaculate condition including laundary services, were found to be beyond imagination. I want to extend heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for this rich experience. I would like to mention few names who have ensured over and above my all expectations. Mr. Krishna Pal Singh, Mrs Shreya and Saubhagya for their professionalism, proactiveness and exceptional customer relationships which stood out remarkably great.
