We received a call from the front desk after we had fallen asleep. It was about a jacuzzi we didn't have. No apologies either from the caller or the .manager in the morning. No thank you for staying here! The only one that thanked us was the breakfast servicer!!

"Convenient stay"

The hotel is near restaurants and stores and was located less than 20 minutes from Sam's Christmas Village. The room was clean and there was a pool and hot tub.

The bed was not comfortable and the pool had so much chemical in it that our child's eyes were agitated and bloodshot almost immediately. It is an older looking property but was clean and reasonably priced.
