I rate this hotel as exceptional! Most importantly, the room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The property and parking lot felt safe. Andre at the front desk was super friendly and personable. He was truly a pleasure to chat with. The coffee was very good, and the breakfast options were more than I expected. Well done, staff and IHG!

"I will be staying at a different hotel next time I was overcharged and the poor quality of ADA compliance"

The ADA room I booked has not been properly maintained as the shower heads both leaked from the connecting point the secondary shower head was not able to be tightened to properly use the shower and in order to even turn that shower head on you have to be able to stand to access the control on top of the main shower head making it very difficult for my SO to shower by herself as well as the shower seat being abnormally high making it very difficult for her to get into the shower to begin with as well as making it incredibly difficult for her to get out of the shower and she couldn’t do it by herself because of this
