"✈️ Stressful Day, Turned to an Amazing Stay 👏 🤩"

I work in the travel industry, and during a very busy weekend in Raleigh (with both a concert and the State Fair), there were no hotels available near the airport — not even downtown. My company booked me at this hotel in Wilson, about an hour away. I arrived tired and frustrated, but that feeling changed quickly thanks to Tonia, who checked me in. Her calm and kind demeanor was exactly what I needed after a long day. She was thoughtful, even giving me a “Do Not Disturb” sign just in case my room didn’t have one. She encouraged me to rest and enjoy breakfast in the morning. The next day, I met Shecole at the front desk when I came down to grab a bowl. She was equally kind, funny, and engaging — she even remembered my room number and checkout time! When I checked out, both Tonia and Shecole were there, and it was such a nice way to end my stay. Their warmth and professionalism truly turned an inconvenient situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you both for making me feel so welcome. Also, small details matter — the TVs have full cable (not just basic channels), and the showers use Dove products, which is great for your skin. Highly recommend staying here if you want great service with genuine hospitality!
