"Excellent hotel for a beach front vacation"

Location was amazing! Right on the beach and close to all that Traverse City has to offer

The breakfast could have been better and there were a lot of spider webs on the balcony (non beach front view room)

Beach setting and rentals close by. Bed was excellent and shower awesome. No smoking.

The chairs in the room were dingy need a good steam clean. The sofa when sat on sinks down and made wooooooof sound. Someone snuck a pet in room 602 and they didn’t bother to hide it. Barked and wined because of fireworks.

"Friendly beach stay"

The staff were very courteous and friendly. This was a great family place to stay. Our room had a king and queen room first floor on the beach and it was adequate sized so our family didn’t feel like we were tripping over each other. The breakfast boxes were great- just what we eat at home. It was nice to be able to have them right there in the beach.

It would be great if you coordinated with several restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner delivery. We used door dash Qdoba and it took an hour and a half. We chose the room for the beach and didn’t want to leave it.
