"Great location and staff were fabulous but needs an upgrade to justify the cost."

Location and staff were amazing. They allowed me into my room early for a meeting.

Property is a dated. No Smart TV’s and internet was poor. Hot water wasn’t strong. Showers were not hot at all. Had them on full hot and only luke warm. Spa in main area also not hot.

Location

Rude reception. Carpark closed that was not communicated before arrival for a period of stay. Other points during the stay couldn’t get access to secure parking when it is advertised that you do. Over priced for room and facilities
