Great place

Super family friendly, lots of activities for the kids the hotel is decorated really cute- like an upscale camp! Very pretty location! Being able to use the complementary bikes and ride into town and to the beach was a plus!

Our room was great, but wish there was another bed (or bigger sofa bed) instead of the large kitchenette area.

Modern conveniences are lacking. Internet went out all 3 nights we were there. when the TV is all streaming it is very inconvenient especially when you are in the middle of movie. the rooms have no phones to call for help, so you better hope you have cell phone service. But even after call their sister hotel the internet wasn't fixed. For the price of the rooms I expected better. Personally I wouldn't return.

The location is not only beautiful and quiet, but it's so close to town. The staff was extremely nice front the women at the front desk to the men cleaning the rooms, so friendly, helpful and nice.

The rooms were superficially clean, but the first room had a half empty shampoo bottle in the shower and some hair and the nooks and crannies needed a good cleaning. Plug in fans were so dusty I would not use them. The rooms just needed a deep, very good cleaning. Shower curtain had very noticeable mold or mildew spots on it. Didn't have a clean feel in the rooms, but they're beautiful, just need more than a light cleaning.

Very pretty I just wished the game room had more options.

Our stay at the lodge was amazing. Many complimentary accommodations including bikes, smores, breakfast bar, kayak rental, and swimming pool. There is also a nice area with fires and seats. The room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance, about 5 minutes, to Kennebunkport shopping/restaurants. Will book again!
