Comfort Inn & Suites Emporia

Nice 😊 place.

Parking availability was limited due to size and number of construction trucks and adjacent hotel customers.

Step in shower/ tub lower than most much easier to get into with my bad knees. Comfortable king bed, a/c worked great. Nice breakfast buffet in morning.

Not that I didn't like it, the bed is on a pedestal and kind high, made getting into interesting.

I travel with a dog and was happy to see a tile floor in the room. It was convenient to walk the dog right outside my door. The room was spacious and had a table with chairs. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious

There was a huge bathtub dirt ring around inside of tub. My phone wouldn’t charge, I brought it to the front desk attention, they offered no help, said it was my phone…..when walking to my room from the elevator, the housekeeper, sitting in another room was taking a break in the chair, (instead of housekeeping) she was browsing thru her phone. REGRETFULLY, I didn’t grab a photo….i wish I had. The property was well kept, breakfast was good….i know the issue with charging my phone was on Comfort Inn problem, not my phone. Upon arriving home, I charged my phone with no problems and I’m actually using my phone to complete this form

Worth the cost clean comfortable

Staff were very nice but the hotel facilities did not meet expectations. There were absolutely no roll away cot/beds they could offer for additional sleeping options in our room that did not come with a pullout sofa.

The hotel was not nearly as nice as I was expecting. Overall hotel cleanliness was questionable. The pool appeared clean at first, but when I got in the pool you could see how much stuff was floating on the surface of the water, was very gross. Breakfast was very mediocre, definitely should not be more than $100 per night to stay at this hotel. I will be without a doubt be trying another hotel the next time I am in Emporia.
