Kalamazoo Hotel and Suites

Tub needed to be replaced have Stan’s in the tub in room 421 thought the tub was dirty. The room looked out of date. Nothing like the picture on the website. Didn’t have a sign for the hotel. Highly don’t recommend

Every detail of this property was horrible - carpets, walls, dirty, bath towels like sand paper, breakfast a joke. They fresh fruit - one apple, really? Children acreaming past midnight.

No cars there - no one staying there - changed names and didn't tell me - pool not working wasn't told - yellow stain on sheets

This property was completely misrepresented. No resemblance of the Holiday Inn brand. Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.

They're sorta remodeling just.

Definitely not a holiday inn and suites breakfast was 3 items even though advertised holiday inn breakfast pictures it was a complete joke

It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. I don’t even think this was a Holiday Inn, as the Logo was taken off the front of the building. There were ants in the bathroom. The bathroom door was made of plywood and it wouldn’t shut all the way and I had my two grown teenage boys with me. The pool that they advertised was not in working order. There was barely any breakfast food available. There were only a handful of people in the dining room and it was only 730 in the morning and the pans were empty in several of the breakfast foods. The place is old, dirty, and just run down. I can’t believe that I paid close to 400.00 for this room. I would like someone to call me regarding my stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I don’t totally feel ripped off. Usually Holiday Inns are clean and new. This was an absolute disappointment in every sense of the word.

Looked rundown and shampoo was already used.

It isnt a Holiday Inn Express. The toliet was disgusting, food on the floor, water stains on bathroom ceiling, carpet dirty, phone didnt work. The so called shampoo/conditioner was dollar store. The bed itself was poor quality and the pillow presentation was very poor. Definitely not what one would expect from IHG Holiday Inn. Will not go through Expedia again. Very miss leading. The sign was taken down and there was a sign that said Kalamazoo Inn and Suites. Pool was closed for repairs. Seeking restitution. Carol and Randy Weiland

I booked my stay at hotels.com for 2 rooms iternary confirmed. . When I arrived at the hotel, they only had me booked for one room. Although it was supposed to be adjoining rooms, paying for 2 rooms at $408. Then they told me the pool was closed, which was the main reason I booked at the place to begin with. Customer service was terrible, kept referring me to hotels. Dot com and nothing they could do for me.When I arrived at the place seemed vacant and very suspicious. Then charged me for a stay i couldnt do and had to rush to find another hotel to accomodate me quickly. Found a cheper hotel half price was decent and accommodated me quickly. Worst experience i have ever had. I am now fighting to get my money back through hotel.com for thier mistake not booking 2 rooms or the hotel that claims they didnt have 2 rooms either way Stay away from this hotel.
