"Nightmare, thieves..!"

Within hour of first night went to lobby to report tv screen has a blob in front of it and do you have tea. Was told by girl heavy set tall with olive skin and curls I got you - will let them know. Tea only available in the morning. Reported broken tv and sticky bathroom floor next day. A worker looked at tv and no one mopped their gross floor. Get home and they tell is we lied — and charged us $500 for phone. Said I have to dispute with my credit card. Never again. Go to flamingo crossings..! I love Marriot and this place is not worthy of the name.

"Family's vacation"

Nice hotel, mi daughter loves the pool. The front desk agent at my arrival was a little bit rude when I asked how to print my associate Marriott form, but the ladies at the morning breakfast were spectacular, very kind .

Everything was good

Breakfast . The sausage looks like it wasn’t cook all the way and no other options to pick other than sausage. I would’ve like bacon instead . But everything else was good

Friendly staff

Leaking toilet. Dirty. Stained up couch. No bedding for the pull out couch or enough pillows for 4 people. 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 people and there weren't even trash bags for the trash. Also not impressed by the breakfast options. We traveled 5 states away to stay here for a night and arrived late to check in. We included this in the notes so plenty of time to stock the room. For the price, I wouldn't stay here.
