"Good hotel and good price"

Great value for money, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was included and had a good selection, the property had mini golf included and decent pools, slides for the kids and even a Starbucks on property.

Could use a little TLC and updating but wasn’t bad, I’d stay again despite the needed updating

Bom dia Meu nome é Roseane Dupont, gostaria de vontestar uma fatura que me foi imposta erroneamente 2 vezes. Me hospedei em setembro último doa dia 13 a 15 de setembro no htl Spring Hill Suites by Marriotem Orlando. Fiz uma reserva pelo site no dia 09 de setembro e quando cheguei no hotel fui cobrada novamente, só me dei conta quando vrio a fatura. Tarifa para 4 adultos e um bebê. Ou seja fui cobrada 2 vezes pelo mesmo serviço. Não estou conseguindo fazer revlamação. Pedem um ID QUE NÃO SEI O QUE É. POR FAVOR ME AJUDEM A RESOLVER ESTE PROBLEMA. NÃO QUERO PAGAR NOVAMENTE POR UM SERVIÇO QUE JÁ ESTOU PAGANDO.
