Too many DISLIKES to list here. Interior is very Dirty and strong bad smell especially in the corridors. Bed sheets have holes. Old furniture is ok. Dirty is unacceptable. Multiple problems with room keycards. First, it did not work at all. Staff at the reception desk does not know how to setup the room keycards. Another woman helped but that woman had to leave. Stay was VERY VERY VERY stressful. Writing this comment relives the very bad and stressful experience. That’s how bad it is. Arrived almost midnight and only if we had the option to change hotel, we would leave and find another hotel. This is my first time to leave such bad comment of this magnitude. If this is a franchise, to protect the brand, would recommend an inspection and audit immediately!! So many items to correct.
