I stayed here for the hot tub and it was down very upsetting not to be told this before I booked the room.

Close to the beach and the casino

Seems like the hotel may just need a little update with the bathroom setup and to add accessible wall plug-ins with all the things ppl have to charge nowadays

Absolutely nothing! I did not stay at this hotel I booked it, on booking.com! After I booked it I contacted the hotel to let them know that it would be about 30 minutes or so before I got there and at that time she had told me I just want to let you know the pool is closed the fitness center is closed due to construction! I told her that that was nowhere on the immediate page of the website and if it was I wouldn't have booked because I wanted to use the pool in the hot tub of course if I'm going to be paying $159 for one night! At that time she told me that she was not going to refund the money even though I had booked it 5 minutes prior! She then told me I booked it through booking.com which is the third party booking company that's out of the country and that I need to contact them if I want my money back because she's not refunding it and I said what difference does it make if it's out of the country or not and she said well you might be from out of the country too who knows! I thought to myself did she actually just say that to me? Then I told her I I didn't appreciate the way that she was speaking to me and she told me to get off of her phone and to contact booking! So within 5 minutes I was discriminated against, cussed at and yelled at! I tried to call back this week with somebody else and they all are on the same page as she is on trying to claim that there's no construction even though she told me that and it's on their website but you have to find it under their policies!? Do not bother booking your room at this place the people there are extremely rude and will ruin your trip!

I didn't like the fact that I was discriminated against, yelled at, cussed at, and completely disrespected. If I was you I would not waste my time staying at a place that does not value their customers! Do yourself a favor spend $159 on an Airbnb they don't discriminate!

I liked the location. The hotel was very clean.

Breakfast should have a lactose free milk option and the beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I felt like I had springs poking me no matter where I positioned myself.

All the staff we encountered were wonderful. It was also great to have a hot tub and pool as we stayed here during the great snowstorm of 2026.

The breakfasts could be a little healthier with more healthy protein options and less carbs. It is very hard for someone who does not eat gluten (at least 10% of the population) to eat it. We went out.
