The hotel is being renovated, there are significant building works going on, nowhere is that made clear on booking.com or on the hotel's own website. The TV in our room didn't work properly (bad signal), which I suspect may have been connected with the ongoing works

Heerlijk comfortabel verblijf gehad. De cake en koekjes om 16.00, geweldig vers ontbijt en avondeten en heel fijne en vriendelijke crew! Gratis upgrade gehad naar grotere kamer met bad. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer en heerlijk geslapen. Op loopafstand van musea en binnenstad. Een aanrader en ook om weer even tot rust te komen. Dank en tot ziens!

"Bis auf die aktuelle Baustelle ein sehr schönes Hotel mit leckerer Halbpension."

Neu renovierte Zimmer und sehr leckeres Essen

Dass morgens um 6.30 während der Woche und samstags und sonntags um 7:30/45 der Aussenaufzug für die Baustelle im 5. und 6. Stock direkt vor unseren Zimmerfenstern alle 1-2 Minuten hoch und runtergefahren sind und auch an Samstagen und Sonntagen über uns gearbeitet wurde. Man hätte bei der Buchung oder spätestens beim Check in darauf aufmerksam machen können.

Breakfast and dinner were far from satisfactory. Breakfast served separately in the separate wing thar I resided in and was poor, with clearly vegetables being not fresh, no coffee machine and a very restricted menue. No safe in my room. Not enough hangers.
