Vart besviken på hotellet som renoverads och tog fölt pris, väldigt dålig frukost och fick dricka kaffe i pappabuggar och äta på pappatalrika. Dålig frukost, är tveksam till åter besök. Gången före vi låg på hotellet vart vi ut låsta på kvällen och fick vänta på nattvakten i en halvtimme!

Bra, enkelt och smidigt, Mycket bra öppettider, lättillgängligt och gott om parkerings platser utanför hotellet. Trevlig personal, bemötande och service, bra utbud på frukosten

Very nice and friendly staff. Overall a good stay :)

They need to work a bit on the cleanliness. the tables and the chairs in the restaurant were a bit dirty, also the bathroom in the room could be a bit cleaner.

"Comfortable beds in Köping."

Clean and with comfortable beds in a seventies build.

The entrance doors are locked at night which we didn’t realize/hadn’t read on the hotel info. An entrance code is provided on the keycard holder, we left that in the room, not wanting to have that info with us. Staff didn’t inform us at check in, perhaps persuming we understood this info. A number to call is displayed on a sign by the door, and that call transfers to securitas, and they gave us a code. Just some missed info made an otherwise ok stay a bit messy.
