Tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma.

Trodde att jag bokat dubbelsäng men det visade sig vara queensize vi fick som var bäddat för en. Vi fick ett täcke till så vi nöjde oss så. Bastun skulle bokas när vi kom och vi fick ta herrarnas men mail svaret jag fick var att vi inte fick sitta i samma bastu utan att det var herr och dambastu.
