Comfort Inn Warren - Detroit North

It's not the rich Carlton, 5 star hotel, but it's damn nice. It's clean and the uh the staff was courteous and professional

I loved the staff! Very clean

The manager stop us from taking breakfast to our room said we had to eat in the dining area but let a lady walk right pass and go to her room with breakfast when I asked why he said they can't catch everyone o was so frustrated I left the breakfast on the counter her was really rude kept pointing at the sign saying follow the rules won't be going back here

The Comfort Inn was a lot better than other hotels in the area where I stayed before. More up to date and safer. The breakfast was just ok but nice to have access to.

Very nice and clean

We were greeted by a nice gentleman. He gave us our keys and we went to the room. We opened the door to an occupied room. Thank goodness no one was in there at the time. We went back to the front desk. The same gentleman was very apologetic and gave us a new room. The room wasn’t bad, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast the next day was very minimal.

They need to clean the carpets in the halls and the rooms

The hot tub didn’t work and then TV kept going out with the sound it was terrible

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely recommend your place to friends and family.
