It was so bad I didn’t even stay. I took the money lost & went somewhere else. It did not feel like a safe place to stay!

As soon as I walked in I regretted it. It smells like cigarettes/weed. Some park of the area are very dark. When I got my ticket to put in my car, I parked in the back and the back door was wide open and I did not need my key to get in. The back door should be closed at all times. As soon as I walked in my room, the floor was not clean. It felt sticky and I had to leave my shoes on and slept with my socks on. Only one towel in the room so I used it to dry my body then I use it for stepping out after showered. Went down stairs to get more towels and they only gave me one! And I asked for hair dryer and they do not have one. This hotel is very terrible. It’s dirty and I felt unsafe

The location wasn’t bad. That’s literally the only good thing I can say about it.

It was disgusting. The floors within my room were nasty. The table was broken. It wouldn’t even stay up right, everything kept falling off. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. We basically had to argue with the staff just to get towels. All surfaces within the room, including the counters and top of the fridge were all disgusting. And caked up with dust and stickiness. The fact that this hotel has been inducted into the privileged choice hotels of America program, is absolutely ridiculous. This hotel shouldn’t be on your website. I’ve stayed at multiple two star hotels before, and multiple different states, and I’ve never had an experience like this. I haven’t felt safe the entire trip. Our room smelled like mustiness and cigarettes. I would have preferred to sleep in my car. Honestly, I can deal with rude staff, I can deal with a horrible environment, I can deal with anything other than nastiness. Nobody wants to pay $75 a night for a room. That’s actually disgusting. That you have to disinfect and sanitize before you can even step into it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that was this disgusting. We went to get towels from the front desk one night, and they tried to hand us dirty towels. The owner or the employee of the front desk of this hotel attempted to hand us dirty towels for a spill that we had in our room. They attempted to hand us another guest’s towels. I don’t work for the health department, but I do know that that violate at least a dozen health codes. I don’t feel safe here. I don’t feel that my health is protected here. And to beat it all, there were roaches in our room. I’ve never left a bad review on this booking website until now.
