"Impressive Stay"

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your wonderful team for the lovely stay we had with you in Interlaken. From the very moment we walked in, Nick at reception welcomed us by name -- as if he had been waiting for us all along. That single gesture set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable visit. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a spectacular view from a generously sized balcony. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully spread. Even though our stay was just one night, you made us feel completely at home. A special thank you to Nick -- please do pass on our warmest appreciation to him. We've also shared our experience on TripAdvisor so others can discover the warmth your team brings to every guest.

Location, view from the Balcony was amazing.

There were not that many options for the vegetarian people on breakfast. Not any hot cooked veggie meals, so we just had to rely on toast, yoghurt, fruits and tomatoes.
