Room with balcony was wonderful. Interesting heating mechanism. Clean rooms. Stayed for 3 nights. Pre-paid way too early and apparently quadruple room occupancy was not processed correctly and ended up extra occupancy payments. This lead us to almost $500/night; and it would have been $350/night for all occupants; if paid a day before or same day. $500/night is not worth it.

"Perfect Hotel in Interlaken"

The room was excellent, very well organized with a large terrace with views to the mountains. The staff was very collaborative in all areas. The main reception staff was very welcoming and the breakfast provided was great and it had many options. Excellent choice.
