I came to check in a 7pm and was told the reservation was canceled. I made an adjustment from 2 rooms to 1 two weeks prior and still had an active reservation. The Gentleman was rude and stated it was my problem and to contact booking. He later said it was a good thing it was cancelled because the glass broke in the room. Wish it was honest of overbooking or unable to accommodate my reservation but being lied to and trying to make it seem like it’s my fault is unacceptable. I had to tell my wife and kids we aren’t able to be accommodated and have to go elsewhere not on the beachfront. Very disappointing.
