"Disappointed"

The only thing good about this place was the people. Great breakfast. All of the towels had stains the rug and floor were filthy the curtains look like they had blood on them and were dirty. The television was ridiculous to try to figure out. The kid came down twice but 10 minutes after he left the TV went off again. Very disappointed in this Best Western Very disappointed in this Best Western.

We’ve stayed 3xs at the property. The first two times were wonderful. This stay needs improvement in the staff (check in service), room hygiene and condition. Floors were very dirty (man’s dirty boot prints) and the ironing board leg is defected and would not stand properly. Disappointed on this stay.

We had a comfortable stay. During breakfast, made to order we got skipped, don't know why and waited quite a bit of time, maybe it was because we didn't tip in advance???

Most importantly of all, it's the cleanest and this one was one. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not much to choose from, but enough to keep going on the way.

The neighbor was so noisy. I requested to change the room. But, the staff denied. And The toilet was dirty. This area was not safety

As soon as I walked in I checked the beds and one was dirty the floor was not vacuumed. And at night time I found 3 roaches in the restroom we had asked for handicap accessibility and it was not. This was very disappointing.
